Compared to Acupuncture, Reiki and Homeopathy?

Thanks for the help!

There are a few comparisons, but mainly what they have in common is they are natural medicine and not allopathic.
Reflexology, massage, and Reiki are classified under manual medicine, because the practitioner touches a person.

Reflexology is NOT a from of massage.

Reflexology is an art, a science and a skill that uses gentle pressure and manipulation of the feet, hands, body and ears. Many Reflexologists believe that the foot, ear or hand mirrors the body. A compression technique is used on specific spots on the hands and feet that energize and re-balance all organs and parts of the body.

Restore your sense of well-being and health; Release tension and stress; Relieve pain, discomfort and symptoms of disease; Enhance your vitality and energy; Improve your muscle tone; Promote relaxation and improve your sleep; Boost your immune system; Improve your circulation; Stimulate low energy and depressed areas; Reduce over-energy and over-stimulated areas; Restore your system’s balance; Develop healthy body image; Feel great because it feels great!

That’s what Reflexology is or can be depending on your practitioner.

Massage is a "hands-on" treatment in which a therapist manipulates muscles and other soft tissues of the body to improve health and well-being. Varieties of massage range from gentle stroking and kneading of muscles and other soft tissues to deeper manual techniques. Massage has been practiced as a healing therapy for centuries in nearly every culture around the world. It helps relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and evoke feelings of calmness. Although massage affects the body as a whole, it particularly influences the activity of the musculoskeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems.

Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at very precise acupuncture points.

Acupuncture pierces the skin, and is in a filed of its own. Compares with Reflexology in that referral areas and zones are used to help.

Homeopathy is a system of medicine which involves treating the individual with highly diluted substances, given mainly in tablet form, with the aim of triggering the body’s natural system of healing. Based on their specific symptoms, a homeopath will match the most appropriate medicine to each patient.

Best thing I can suggest is have a session of each, and make the comparisons for yourself.

Take care,

Probably the most common psychological problem associated with insomnia is depression. A fundamental link exists between the two that goes beyond the chemical factors secreted by the brain in various nervous central system disorders. Depression and insomnia are actually connected by the presence of negative thoughts directed towards oneself and the rest of the world. Personal dissatisfaction, emotional problems and high-stress working conditions are the typical causes. The most significant disadvantage in the use of classical medication prescribed for the treatment of these two ailments is its inability to solve the root causes triggering the condition in the first place. As a result, further recurrence is very likely when the prescription is finished.

People who suffer from depression and insomnia are encouraged to develop as many rewarding activities as possible. Boosts of confidence, small successes, communication and openness, as well as emotional stability are among the best long-term cures for such disorders. Most nervous system problems are associated with insomnia, from the very simple to the most complex of cases, and fortunately depression is generally considered a mild affliction that can be treated by various means that are complemented by classical therapy. Acupuncture and acupressure, for instance, have been successfully used in the treatment of both depression and insomnia, with positive results obvious immediately after the sessions.

With stimulation of special points on the body, the therapist actually opens the natural body circuit that is responsible for the elimination of the negative energies accumulated in the body. The treatment of depression and insomnia by means of acupuncture is an old Asian healing technique. The underlying tenets of the technique are that every health issue has a manifold structure: spiritual, energetic and physical. Every time you are unhappy, a physical reaction takes place in the body by the secretion of chemicals that can be more or less harmful, depending on the amount. This is why those who suffer from depression find it so difficult to sleep well; tension accumulates in the tissues and prevents the normal functioning of the system.

The use of acupressure and acupuncture reinstates the natural energetic flow in the body favoring relaxation and feelings of contentment to take the place of the negative burden that interfered with sleep. Ninety percent of the patients who have used acupressure or acupuncture have reported significant improvement for both depression and insomnia. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that in order to preserve a proper state of health, one needs to stick to a balanced way of life and keep negative emotions to a minimum.

There is nothing more valuable than stop smoking advice. According to advice from the Mayo Clinic, if we are thinking of quitting smoking or giving up tobacco products, we have to begin a completely new lease on life – “The better trained we are, the higher the likelihood of success.” Preparation will become our first big step, as it prepares us for the emotional distress that follows when we give up smoking. And believe me, the longer we have smoked the more distress we will have.

This is the time to begin listening to advice around us. Several sources of advice are: the anti-smoking clinics, self-help groups, family members, and friends. Through them, we will learn how make a plan, set a date, and choose the right treatment to take.

Some advice can keep us away from products whose efficacy is doubtful, or help us compare their results for helping smokers. These include various combinations of herbal supplements, vitamins, and homeopathic aids. Many smokers swear they work, and they may have – for them. But for me, it has always been best to accept the help of a professional counselor or a friend who has given up smoking. You can also ask your local doctor for help.

All of these individuals can advise you on the advantages and disadvantages of using different forms of nicotine replacement therapy. Based on this advice, we can then choose nicotine gum, a nicotine inhaler, or maybe a nicotine patch. Among other things, I have found out the importance of removing ashtrays, lighters, or any other objects that can remind me of smoking.

We can even consider an anti-smoking pill like Zyban or an anti-smoking shot that many programs recommend. We can even use some of the non-medicinal alternatives that help people to quit smoking. For instance, we can join a smoking cessation program where a counselor will use behavioral therapy to help us understand why we began smoking and stayed smoking so long, and then let the counselor help us overcome the habit. Similarly, hypnosis can increase our negative feelings about smoking, strengthening our resolve to quit. Our counselors can also tell us as to how acupuncture can help us combat withdrawal symptoms or why filters that reduce nicotine and tar are not effective solutions.

You especially stand to gain if you failed the first time. Most people that quit previously did so by stop taking their medication too early. Most people who use the free telephone quitlines know this was a bad idea before they quit, making this system the best way to stop smoking. The ACS, or 1-800-ACS – 2345 line helps people find “quitlines” help in their state or area. When smokers relapse into smoking again, they need to review their reasons it happened, and then work on a better plan for the next time around. A smoker’s goal is to find their own support system and their own techniques.

Earlier, a spa was referred to as a resort with mineral springs or a whirlpool bath where a device is used for aerating and swirling water. But over the years, the spa has come to be known as a place to relax and rejuvenate your senses through massage and an assortment of body relaxing substances. A spa, today, can easily be termed as a synonym of therapeutic healing and health maintenance.

A spa-goer must be able to put a finger on exactly what he/she expects, since spa has now become a blanket term for a number of professional services. A peek into the types of spas and the services they offer are worthy of a second look by any spa-goer. Spas can be broadly classified into day spas, mobile spas, destination spas, eco spas, mineral health spas, medical spas, resort /hotel spas and club spas. Depending upon whether you are interested in pampering you senses, authentic therapy, holistic healing, activity, or simply a deluxe treatment, it is important tot choose the right spa.

Day spa

Starting from half an hour treatments to full day treatments, a day spa is the place to head to if you are looking at a quick break from your routine. These spas do not offer accommodation and are sited at stand alone locations, or shopping centers, airports, and hotels. The menu generally offers the classic European facial, therapeutic body massage, body wraps, plus hand and foot treatments. Some others also offer hair treatments. Any hair or beauty salon, health center or wellness clinic, which provides a minimum of one hydrotherapy treatment comes under the day spa.

Mobile spa

Fast gaining popularity, mobile spas are ‘come home’ spas. They offer their services at a venue of your convenience and are a great way to enjoy a relaxing massage I the comfort of your home. Alternatively, you can treat yourself and a group of friends to the luxury of a spa treatment.

Destination spa

Apart from focusing on the treatments and therapies, a destination spa also carefully chooses its location, so as to offer the benefits of a complete retreat for its customers. The scenic locales that generally house a destination spa complement the state of your mind. These spas are known to offer holistic treatments including a spa cuisine, total health and fitness, and rejuvenating therapies including acupuncture, aromatherapy, detox, body tanning and body wraps. It is a center to interact with like minded and fitness conscious people where guidance is offered on lifestyle improvement, meditation and overall well being.

Eco spa

These are meant for environment conscious populace. They concentrate on using eco friendly substances for treatments and therapies apart from displaying eco friendliness in everything from the building material to the cleaning systems used. Eco spas may also support environment projects such as water harvesting plants, lighting projects and are known to use eco friendly water.

Mineral health spa

Minerals have been known as the source of life since time immemorial. Abundantly strewn with medicinal properties, mineral water helps in rebuilding worn out muscles, expediting metabolism, and accelerating the healing process by improving blood circulation and detoxifying the body. Typically located within a hotel or a resort, a mineral health spa allows access to the miraculous water either on a daily basis or more frequently.

Medical spa

Apart from the regular spa therapies, a medical spa offers preventive healthcare, cosmetic procedures, conventional and modern medicine under the direction of reputed medical professionals. Weight maintenance therapies, skin and hair care therapies, and hair removal treatments are also a part of a medical spa. Weeklong programs are often carried out to help varied requirements including quitting smoking.

Resort/hotel spa

A resort or hotel spa is basically a hotel with an attached spa – it therefore is primarily concerned with accommodation rather than well being. Having said this, it is also a perfect blend of activities teamed with spa treatments. The spa services are offered so as to complement golf, horse riding, tennis, water sports and surfing, and skiing. It is more like a holiday destination where whole families can look forward to indulging in their favorite activity.

Club spa

Usually open only to club members, it is a fitness centre with added-on spa facilities. Apart from the regular facilities that a day spa offers, a club spa will house a swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room.

Cruise spa

A cruise spa has to be necessarily located on a cruise ship. Though the unrestricted food and drink on board is a deterrent to good eating habits and can send your diet on a spree, you will enjoy the festive ambience followed by soothing therapies.

Meditation

Meditation is seducing the soul towards a better life. It is a thoughtful reflection of god and His creation. A brainstorming of utmost supremacy. A quiet ambience and a focused mind kindle the soul to connect with your inner being. This is meditation. Not only does it release the inner knowledge to help you lead a more meaningful life, but it also assists you in recharging your latent potential. By setting aside a regular time and place for meditation, you meticulously proceed towards retarding the incessant meanderings of the mind. This increases your concentration on more meaningful things and helps you gain inner peace. A regular meditator is then led to self inquisition, which is the beginning of the journey within one’s own self.

You started smoking on a beautiful note. At that time you never imagined in your wildest dreams that to stop smoking would be such a deadly effort. You have tried several methods, rather many quit smoking methods have used you to make fun of you.

You are where you are and now the suggested method is stop smoking through injection.

Will this alternative really help you, so that you can live the rest of your life smoke-free? Half of your life is already wasted in searching and experimenting with the various methods to stop smoking.

Researches claim that this stop smoking injection makes you forget about smoking once and for all. It has a success rate of about 80%. Hope you are not among the remaining 20%. I am aware you have tried many other therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medications and nicotine replacement therapy, all in vain.

Nicotine and your brain are comrades in arms. The brain can never forget the obliging nicotine sensation and demands more and more of it. Therefore, you smoke more and more. Something has to be done to break this link. The stop smoking injection contains substances that confront the nicotine receptors in your brain. When the brain fails to establish contacts with nicotine, and refuses to recognize it, your desire for the nicotine-containing cigarette is decreased. Well, you no more need it at all!

Normally, one injection does the job. The second one would be necessary, in some cases. The treatment is given to you in ideal conditions in a clinic, under the supervision of your own doctor. He will make a careful note about your stop-smoking condition.

Why, then in some cases, you don’t get satisfactory results in the first instance? It is because many of the smokers do have other problems, apart from the nicotine addiction. Your doctor will therefore examine your total health, after you are injected with the first shot.

The injection therapy is very affordable. High from the normal standards, but low from the actual standards! Also calculate what an astronomical amount you will spend on your nicotine products- the cigarette packets! Another favorable point is that such treatment related expenses, including the injection charges are covered by health insurance policy.

So far, this stop smoking injection therapy does not lead to side effects, it is reported. This probably is the reason for its growing popularity. Second aspect of the popularity is the quickness with which you can have this treatment.

You are in a hurry. You started smoking in a hurry, and if now you have come across a method to give up smoking in a hurry, why not avail it?

Actually, that muscle felt tense after having the treatments.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on the number of muscles and connective tissues involved and the knowledge, skill and effectiveness of the massage therapist. As a follow up, you could try contrast therapy alternating ice and heat at the pain site. And/or you could try a different therapist.

Medterms.com gives the following definition for fibromyalgia:

Fibromyalgia: A syndrome characterized by, stiffness, and tenderness of muscles, tendons, and joints without detectable inflammation. Fibromyalgia does not cause body damage or deformity. However, undue fatigue plagues the large majority of patients with fibromyalgia and are common in fibromyalgia.

It is estimated that over 3% of the population of the United States suffers from fibromyalgia. The condition affects women predominantly (over 80 percent), between the ages of 35 and 55.

This condition has been studied since the early-1800s and was called by a variety of former names, such as muscular rheumatism and fibrositis. In 1976, “Fibromyalgia” was coined to help describe the condition. The term is derived from the Latin word fibra, meaning fiber, myo, meaning muscle, and the Greek word algos, meaning pain.

Characteristically, a person suffering from fibromyalgia will hurt all over, be constantly tired, depressed, anxious, have stiffness and tenderness of muscles, tendons and joints without detectable inflammation and may even have irritable bowel syndrome. These are just some of the symptoms associated with fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is considered an arthritis-related condition but it is NOT arthritis, as arthritis is a disease of the joints and although fibromyalgia can be just as debilitating as arthritis, they are not the same.

Fortunately, fibromyalgia, although extremely painful, does not lead to joint deformity or damage to the internal organs or muscles like such other diseases as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus and polymyositis. Unfortunately, there is no known cause or cure.

Current research suggests that fibromyalgia can start from an illness or as a result of some trauma, such as a traffic accident. The progression of fibromyalgia can have a slow onset, with many patients reporting mild symptoms beginning in childhood, such as growing pains. Changes in the weather or an unrelated illness have been known to aggravate symptoms.

Fibromyalgia patients have reported that the following factors can temporarily increased their suffering:

Cold weather, especially when damp
Malnutrition, hunger, or starvation
Physical activity of any kind, including
minor tasks such as writing
Lack of deep sleep
Increase of stress
The consumption of alcohol

Diagnosis of fibromyalgyis is tricky, as it is closely related to other conditions, such as endocrine disorders, arthritis and plymyalgia reheumatia. The American College of Rheumatology has established two criteria for diagnosis:

1. A history of widespread pain lasting more than three months – widespread as in all four quadrants of the body, i.e., both sides and above and below the waist.

2. Tender points – there are 18 designated possible tender points, although a person with the syndrome may feel pain in other areas as well.

There are no blood or x-ray tests to help the physician with their diagnosis and, therefore, said diagnosis is made purely on clinical grounds based on patient history and physical examination. Widespread pain, on both sides of the body above and below the waist and tenderness in at least 11 of the 18 tender points when pressed are two symptoms that confirm the condition of fibromyalgia.

Although there are no specific bloods tests to determine the presence of fibromyalgia, there are blood tests that can exclude other medical conditions that mimic fibromyalgia.

Upon confirmation of the diagnosis of fibromyalgia after all other possible conditions are ruled out, treatment may consist of a variety modalities. Not all patients will respond to these, but here are a few treatment methods that have helped:

Getting regular exercise to help with muscle aches and stiffness – low impact exercises such as swimming, cycling, walking and stationary cross-country skiing machines are excellent exercises as long as you start out slowly. It has been found that exercise regimens performed on an every-other-day basis, in the morning, are most beneficial. Stretching to help allay muscle stiffness and fatigue, as in mild aerobic exercise is also highly recommended.

Avoiding alcohol and caffeine before bedtime can help promote a more restful sleep.

Stress reduction. This may include biofeedback, relaxation tapes, psychological counseling and/or support groups. Some have even found that by modifying environmental factors such as noise, temperature and weather exposure helps.

Medications such as used for depression, in low doses, have helped in treating fibromyalgia.

Acupuncture may also help. According to a study published in the June 2006 edition of the Mayo Clinic Proceedings and presented last year at the 11th World Congress of Pain, acupuncture relieved fatigue and anxiety in fibromyalgia patients for up to seven months after treatment.

Chiropractic care. This treatment is based on the theory that restricted movement in the spine may lead to pain and reduced function. Due to the risks of manipulation be sure to seek out properly trained and licensed practitioners.

Massage Therapy. One of the oldest methods of health care still in practice, massage can reduce your heart rate, relax your muscles, improve range of motion in your joints and increase production of your body’s natural painkillers as well as relieve stress and anxiety.

The future of fibromyalgia therapy is, of course, to find the cause of the condition in order for researchers to develop a test that can help doctors diagnosis fibromyalgia. Until then, fibromyalgia patients can be helped by improved education of fibromyalgia for themselves, families and friends, exercise and medications.

Like other cancers, the cause of prostate cancer is not known; it appears to be more common in African American men and men with a family history of the disease. Prostate cancer is normally a slow growth cancer that can take years before it becomes deadly. Simply put, cancer that grows in the prostate gland is called prostate cancer.

The prostate is a small, walnut-sized structure that makes up part of a man’s reproductive system; it wraps around the urethra, the tube that carries urine out of the body – because of this can cause various urinary problems. If you have prostate cancer, are concerned about getting it, or if you’re looking out for the health of someone you love, this article can help. The second leading cause of cancer deaths among men in the U.S. is from prostate cancer.

Additional symptoms that may be associated with this disease are bone pain or tenderness, and abdominal pain. One of the most common symptoms is the inability to urinate, get checked right away. Some men will experience symptoms that might indicate the presence of prostate cancer.

The need to urinate frequently, especially at night is another symptom. Most prostate cancer symptoms, although associated with prostate cancer, are more likely to be connected to non-cancerous conditions. One prostate cancer symptom is difficulty starting urination or holding back urine.

Your doctor may use either one or two of the most common tests for prostate cancer detection. The decision about whether to pursue a PSA test should be based on a discussion between you and your doctor. A chest x-ray may be done to see if there’s a spread of cancer.

There are several potential downsides to PSA testing; for example a high PSA does not always mean a patient has prostate cancer. A prostate gland biopsy usually confirms the diagnosis. A PSA test with a high level can also be from a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland.

Surgery, radiation, hormonal therapy and chemotherapy all have significant side effects; know fully what they are before you proceed. Medicines can be used to adjust the levels of testosterone; called hormonal manipulation. If chemotherapy is decided upon after the first round of chemotherapy, most men receive further doses on an outpatient basis at a clinic or physician’s office.

Urinary incontinence can be one of the possible complications of surgery. Thoroughly discuss all your treatment options and concerns with your doctor and other health professionals; it never hurts to get a second or even third opinion or more if necessary – don’t be afraid to ask. Chemotherapy medications are often used to treat prostate cancers that are resistant to hormonal treatments.

Be aware that some men choose natural treatment options and forgo any surgery, radiation or chemotherapy. Surgery is usually only recommended after thorough evaluation and discussion of all available treatment options. Surgery, called a radical prostatectomy, removes the entire prostate gland and some of the surrounding tissues.

OHSU is beginning a study of acupuncture as a treatment for hot flashes for men with prostate cancer or prostate cancer survivors. Many men simply want the best treatment they can get but what’s important is choosing the best treatment for you. The conventional treatment of prostate cancer is often controversial.

If you’re not already doing so, make a serious effort to watch your diet closely. Use flaxseed oil or walnut oil in your daily dark green salad. Eat high-fiber snacks like raw nuts (soak them overnight first), raw seeds, and dried fruit, such as dates, and figs.

Making a ginger tea, by adding a thin slice or two of fresh gingerroot to hot water, is helpful to many people I know. Eat foods that contain the essential fatty acids. For natural treatment for the prostate make an appointment with a naturopathic doctor, called a naturopath; ask around for referrals.

Buy lacinato kale and juice it in your juicer with sweet carrots. Add a small handful of kale or spinach to your fruit smoothie and blend– know one will ever know. Make highly nutritious raw applesauce using a food processor and put in 3-4 cored pesticide-free apples, with the skin on, and mix for a minute; so much better for you than canned highly processed applesauce and add 1/4 tsp. cinnamon or two tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed for another boost.

While the number of men diagnosed with prostate cancer remains high, survival rates are also greatly improving; perhaps because of dietary improvement. The one thing that you should not do however is rely on information obtained from the Internet to make your final decision; double-check everything. Make sure to read everything you can about natural and conventional treatment online and offline.

Emotional Freedom Technique – Tapping yourself to health & freedom

Many of you will have seen the numerous adverts for courses teaching EFT but may be unsure what exactly it is. A meridian based system EFT, developed by Gary Craig in the early 90’s and derived from TFT (Thought Field Therapy), it is simple to learn, easy to practice and achieves results beyond many conventional therapies. By focusing the mind on a specific problem and tapping on just 14 points, many physical, emotional and mental issues can be cleared, often within minutes. Sound to good to be true? Just try it for yourself and see. With enough free information on the net to get you started it won’t be long before you have your first results.

the basic principle is that a disruption in the bodies energy system causes unwanted emotional (and often physical) pain. Traumatic events throughout our life as well as verbal conditioning from family, teachers, peers etc and many other unknown factors are stored as energetic memories, or disruptions, in the bodies’ energy system. These may be affecting the way we choose to live and respond to life and help form our many limiting beliefs. Others may just be triggered by a thought or memory, such as when getting into a car after a traumatic car accident. When the associated anxiety and fear return it can limit a person from living their full potential. Whatever the cause it can easily be cleared with EFT, and the person is relieved of all symptoms.

By focusing the mind on the problem we tune in to the specific ‘frequencies’ of disturbance that we want to treat, a bit like tuning a radio. Once we are on the right channel, and this can be easy as asking the client to think about or visualise the problem, we tap on a sequence of points. Each of the 14 points used is at the end, or near the end, of a meridian channel or one of the governing and conception channels used in traditional acupuncture. The tapping appears to clear the disturbance on the ‘specific frequency’ being treated and results in a correction of the problem. Another reason of EFT’s effectiveness is due to it’s treatment of ‘psychological reversal’, a concept carried over from TFT. This is the part of the person that will self sabotage an attempt to change. An example might be that of someone trying to loose weight who breaks their diet on day two. The subconscious may not be ready to change, often because it feels unsafe. Again this is easily treated with EFT.

Fears and phobias are common for a variety of different issues. It matters little whether it is a life long phobia of spiders or a recent fear of heights or flying, EFT will usually clear it within just 1 session. The success rate with EFT for this particular problem is so high that many therapists will not even charge if they do not get a result. Even if your phobia is highly unusual it is still just as easy to treat. Unlike some other approaches EFT foes not force a person to face their fear. It is a much gentler technique which allows their them to let go of any fear before facing it so they remain calm and in control. There are many cases of people who have even gone on to enjoy their previous worst nightmares such as loving flying or taking up skydiving after having a fear of heights.

Emotional trauma and PTSD are also easily, and often quickly, dealt with. From childhood abuse to war memories EFT relieves the negative emotional response to these memories thoroughly and yet gently. The life long implications to a persons self confidence after such incidents are usually cleared too. Gary Craig has much written and video documentation of his visit to a Vietnam War Veterans clinic in which he worked with some very difficult cases. Here he was able to remove the emotional intensity of reoccurring memories and allow clients to sleep properly since the war. For most of the men only a couple of sessions where needed. Visit Gary Craig’s web site for a list of such case studies.

Most therapists recognize the importance of emotions in physical pain so it will come as no surprise to learn of EFT’s effectiveness in it. By working on either the physical symptoms or on the emotions connected to it results can be quick and long lasting. I have even worked with people who have suffered constantly from pain as the result of an operation gone wrong, a seaming purely physical case. Even here I have guided them to complete relieve in just a few minutes. In many of these cases the pain will return, however as the treatment can be self administered once learnt they are able to control the pain without medication. Headaches and migraines can also be stopped in just a couple of rounds of tapping, so dramatically it seems life a party trick for EFT

Cravings and addictions can also be treated. The mental/physical craving for any substance (whether it be nicotine, alcohol or heroin) or food can be relieved very easily. This result is usually only temporary as the cravings are only a symptom of the problem. To get complete relieve guidance from a good therapist to address the underlying emotional drivers is essential. Once this has been done you can be certain the addiction will not shift, and the client will typically benefit from many ‘positive side effects’.

Financial blocks and limiting beliefs restricting success are yet another of EFT’s many applications. By identifying your negative beliefs towards yourself and to money it is possible to change your experiences. Beliefs such as ‘money is evil’, ‘I don’t deserve to be wealthy’, ‘only greedy people are rich’, ‘it is more spiritual to be poor’ etc hold us in financial poverty. Others such as ‘I am no good’ and ‘other people are better than me’ hold back out potential of success in our chosen field. Many people try to change through positive affirmations. These rarely work because the apposing core beliefs are just too strong. By using EFT to remove them many life and business coaches are now guiding there clients (and themselves) to levels of success and wealth only previously dreamed of.

In short EFT is easy to learn and highly versatile. You can learn it in just a day or two and can even get results within 15-30 minutes of reading some of the many free online instructions. You can even treat your belief that this is too easy to work. Keep an open mind and give it a try, trust me you won’t regret it.
